Digital CO2 Controller – Fuzzy Logic

Autopilot’s easy-to-use, highly accurate Digital CO2 Controller (APCECOD) measures the carbon dioxide level in the grow room and automatically turns off the CO2 device to accurately keep the carbon dioxide PPM at the desired level. Autopilot’s product operates in Fuzzy Logic mode or standard logic mode (for use with generators). Fuzzy Logic mode calculates the overshoot and undershoot of CO2 injection in the room. In Fuzzy Logic mode, the built-in microprocessor applies the calculations to the injection schedule, eliminating guesswork and maintaining efficient CO2 levels. Standard logic CO2 controllers don’t perform these calculations; instead, they continue to inject CO2 into the room until the controller reaches its set point. Standard CO2 injection methods do not allow enough time for the carbon dioxide to mix with the air. They are an option when paired with a CO2 generator but are costly and inefficient for use with bottled CO2 tanks.
